Outdoor Allergy Triggers in Arizona [INFOGRAPHIC]

Last updated 1 year ago

Spring has arrived in many parts of Arizona. While this is good news for outdoor enthusiasts, the changing season can spell disaster for allergy sufferers. In fact, Phoenix has been named as the worst city in the country for ragweed allergies. Allergy-causing plants are all over the place in Phoenix, and some of them could be in your very own yard.  If you are experiencing itchy and watery eyes, frequent sneezing, or sinus headaches, be sure to visit your family doctor to find out what you can do about your allergies. Your doctor can perform an exam to determine which allergens you are most sensitive to and may be able to provide you with allergy treatments to improve your health. Take a look at this infographic from Surprise Family Medicine to see a few of the common outdoor allergy triggers, and please share it with your friends and family before allergy season gets worse!
